Lifetime Warranty

At Spin Counters Canada, we stand behind every product we make. Your satisfaction means everything to us, and we want you to feel confident knowing your accessories are built to last.

Warranty replacements are only available to the original purchaser of the product. We do not provide warranty replacements for any orders fulfilled by third-party resellers. Replacements will be based on the current revision of the product in the same color/style (If available). 

Within 30 days of delivery

If anything arrives damaged, defective, or breaks during normal use within the first 30 days, we’ll replace it completely free of charge with proof. No other questions asked and no shipping fees.

After 30 days of delivery

We've got your back! If your item ever breaks under normal use, we’ll gladly consider sending you a one-time per purchase replacement for only the cost of shipping with proof as long as the claim is made in good faith.

To keep things fair, we reserve the right to reject replacements in either case when abuse is suspected. Due to the nature of Storage Box's intended use-case, they are excluded from this lifetime offer.
